Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NexScribe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. NexScribe is operated by NexSprint, based in Singapore.

Service description

NexScribe is an AI-powered audio transcription service. You upload a recording and receive a transcript by email. Registered users can access a dashboard with additional AI-powered outputs (meeting minutes, action items, email afternotes, key notes). Features may change over time.

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may only hold one account per person. You must provide accurate information when registering. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NexScribe to:

• —Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• —Abuse, harass, or circumvent rate limits or usage controls.
• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the service.
• —Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Subscription and billing

The NexSprint Membership is available as a monthly subscription (S$8 per month, billed monthly) or as an annual subscription (S$72 per year, billed annually). Both plans renew automatically at the grandfathered rate unless cancelled in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings at /account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future periods. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case.

Intellectual property

You own your audio files and the transcripts generated from them. By uploading content, you grant NexSprint a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

NexSprint owns the software, design, and infrastructure that powers NexScribe. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Disclaimer

NexScribe is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI transcription is highly accurate but not perfect — results may contain errors, especially with heavy accents, technical jargon, or poor audio quality. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any transcript or AI-generated output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, NexSprint's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of NexScribe is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
